- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care with accuracy and compassion
- Perform thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document according to facility policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care
- Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and promote optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility standards, infection control, and safety protocols
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the U.S. (state-specific requirements will apply)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred when applicable
- Previous acute care or long-term care nursing experience preferred
- Current ACLS/PALS certifications if required by the specialty unit
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and meet credentialing timelines
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
- Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and charting accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Critical thinking and prioritization in fast-paced clinical settings
- Adaptability to new environments and facility protocols
