What You’ll Do

• Apply powder coating using spray equipment
• Prep parts (cleaning, masking, touch-ups) for a flawless finish
• Inspect work to ensure quality, color, and consistency
• Monitor curing ovens and line speed for perfect results
• Mix coatings and keep everything running smoothly
• Work with the team to keep production moving
