JOB OVERVIEW

- Coverage Period: Oct 01, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027
- Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts
- Rate: TBD
- Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered
- Case Mix: Minor emergencies, injuries, illnesses
- Phone Consults: No
- Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
- Suturing / Wound Care / Incision & Draining
- Splinting
- X-Ray / EKG interpretation
- Phlebotomy
- Pediatric care (all ages)
- Working independently
- Licenses: Active CT license required
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS or PALS
- Experience: Total years of experience and most recent experience required
- Other Qualifications: Ability to travel at least 45 minutes, split day between two locations, amenable to last-minute changes
- Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages
- Perform suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, splinting
- Interpret X-rays and EKGs
- Work independently and manage patient volume efficiently
- Travel between locations as needed
