Job Description
Lead the client's enterprise AI strategy by driving organization-wide AI initiatives, accelerating adoption, and delivering impactful AI-enabled business solutions across multiple business units.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's AI program roadmap from strategy through delivery.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across cross-functional business teams.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Lead AI initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal oversight.
- Build and launch commercial AI-enabled products and solutions.
- Establish KPIs and measure program success and AI adoption.
- Anticipate implementation risks and proactively remove roadblocks.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and educate business leaders on AI capabilities.
- Influence teams across the organization without direct management responsibility.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
10 years of program management, product program management, or transformation leadership experience owning large-scale strategic initiatives.
Recent professional experience leading enterprise AI, GenAI, automation, or AI-enabled transformation programs.
Must have owned AI initiatives beyond experimentation, including roadmap, rollout, adoption, governance, KPIs, and business impact.
Demonstrated success deploying AI solutions into business environments for internal users, enterprise teams, customers, or commercial products.
Experience translating business needs into AI use cases, prioritizing initiatives, and driving execution from intake through delivery.
Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, enterprise copilots, RAG/search tools, agents, or custom LLM solutions.
Experience partnering with Legal, Security, Data, IT, Product, Engineering, or Compliance teams on AI risk, data access, governance, or responsible AI considerations.
Proven ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong executive communication skills, including roadmap updates, decision recommendations, KPI reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Experience defining success metrics for AI programs, including adoption, productivity, efficiency, ROI, usage, quality, or risk reduction.
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and build structure where little exists.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
Local to the Los Angeles area or able to reliably work onsite three days per week.
Experience in consulting, agency, sports, entertainment, media, technology, or other fast-paced environments.
Experience driving AI adoption across multiple business units or large employee populations.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with change management, training, enablement, AI champions, workshops, or organizational adoption strategies.
Experience evaluating or negotiating AI vendors, enterprise AI platforms, or build-vs-buy decisions.
Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, data security, or risk frameworks.
Active involvement in the AI ecosystem through conferences, seminars, research, certifications, communities, or ongoing learning.
