Food Service Equipment Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Food Service Equipment Technician to join our team at Capital City Restaurant Supply in Bismarck, ND. As a Food Service Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' commercial kitchen equipment is properly installed, maintained, and repaired to maximize their efficiency and longevity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on a variety of food service equipment including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more
• Detect and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs
• Install new equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to identify equipment issues and provide solutions

Qualifications:

• Some type of experience as a Food Service Equipment Technician
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
