Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership & Strategy
  • Conduct initial appointments and consultations with clients.
  • Perform measurements, Styku scans, and progress evaluations.
  • Analyze client goals, lifestyle, and health factors.
  • Develop structured treatment plans and communicate them clearly.
  • Adjust protocols based on measurable outcomes.
• Results & Accountability
  • Track client progress to ensure desired results are achieved.
  • Identify when clients are off track and provide timely interventions.
  • Lead continuation and renewal conversations with confidence.
  • Set expectations and hold clients accountable throughout the process.
• Client Relationship & Trust
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Guide clients through challenges with clarity and confidence.
  • Communicate directly, professionally, and with purpose.
  • Comfortably work in a clinical setting, including clients in minimal clothing.

Requirements

• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a client-facing, results-driven environment.
• Comfortable leading consultative conversations and guiding client decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to following proven systems.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and client transformation.

Schedule
