Job Overview 

We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Cleaning Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well, and consistently delivers a high standard of cleanliness. This role involves cleaning private homes, apartments, small residential and commercial properties. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform high‑quality cleaning of residential and commercial properties.

  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces   

  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas   

  • Change linens and make beds   

  • Organize and tidy rooms as needed   

  • Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces   

  • Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards   

  • Report any maintenance or safety issues   

  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in clients’ homes   

  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are returned and used safely   

Requirements 

• Prior cleaning experience preferred (residential or commercial)   

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship   

• Reliable transportation to client locations   

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks   

• Must pass a background check   

• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy   

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions   

• Good communication skills
