HR Learning Generalist - Organizational Development

Join the ECI Group's Professional Technical Services Network as a contract HR Learning Generalist - Organizational Development.  This is a Houston based contract role with an anticipated 2-month duration with an estimated start date of September 9th.  Note: You must be a US Citizen or Permanent US Resident to qualify for this position. 

About the Role

Typically as an Individual Contributor:

• Supports OD&L Manager or VP for LoB / CoB - Assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity (e.g. less stable portfolio, multiple geographies across different regions) OR supports OD&L VP in pan-Business OD&L activities, supporting OD&L processes and leading significant projects.
• Has large autonomy in adjusting objectives, policies and plans independently
• Total population typically 2,500+
• Reports to OD&L Manager or VP. Engages with Business Leaders.
   

Typically as a Manager:

• Supports Learning HR VP for LoB / CoB - Assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity (e.g. less stable portfolio, multiple geographies across different regions). Leads significant projects.
• Total population typically 2,500+
• Team comprised of individual contributors.
