POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Team Lead is a member of the Behavioral Health Home and Children’s Case Management teams and collaborates with the team to assist in fulfilling client needs and program expectations. The Clinical Team Lead will provide clinical supervision to staff working in the Behavioral Health Home and Children’s Case Management teams, oversee Plans of Care and Crisis Plans and function as a resource to team members by providing clinical direction, training, and other support.

The Clinical Team Lead will provide clinical supervision to staff working in the Behavioral Health Home and Children’s Case Management teams, oversee Plans of Care and Crisis Plans and function as a resource to team members by providing clinical direction, training, and other support.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clinical supervision to staff working within the Behavioral Health Home and Children’s Case Management programs.
- As requested, attend team meetings with case managers to assist in meeting client and family needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in field, actively participating in professional development, in-services, training and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Works collaboratively with the Assistant Director of BHH and CM and/or the Nurse Care Manager to identify areas of program development and implement quality measures.
- Complete assessments as necessary for clients who are enrolled in the Behavioral Health Home program.
- Create and maintain a learning environment, assess the professional development needs of the team and work with the Assistant Director to plan and deliver trainings as appropriate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- LCPC or LCSW with active Maine license.
- One year of experience providing therapy in a home-based counseling program preferred.
- Four (4) years’ experience in the field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Crisis prevention, intervention and teaching experience.
- Valid State of Maine driver license, reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance, and willingness to use own transportation for work.
