Location: Lubbock, TX (In-Office)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST


Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospects and customers to drive new business. If you thrive in a call-driven, target-focused environment and have an interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing prospect and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Make outbound calls to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.

  • Build rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and positioning relevant solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of all call activity, prospect details, and follow-ups in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities.

  • Stay current on industry trends, particularly within the automotive space, to speak knowledgeably with prospects.

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and activity targets.

  • Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude throughout every interaction.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong phone communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily.

  • Working knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive industry.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.

  • Ability to work in-office in Lubbock, TX, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a call center or inside sales environment.

  • Background or hands-on experience within the automotive industry.

  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
