The Opportunity

This is a high-ticket sales role with an incredibly lucrative commission structure. By earning 8% on the gross contract value of every roof you sell, your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

What does 8% gross mean for your wallet? If an average residential roof replacement runs $15,000, your commission on a single sale is $1,200. Sell just 4 to 5 roofs a month, and you are tracking toward a six-figure income.

What You'll Do

• Generate Leads & Prospect: Build a pipeline through local networking, door-to-door canvassing in storm-impacted or aging neighborhoods, and following up on company-generated leads.

• Conduct Inspections: Get up on roofs to assess weather damage (wind/hail) or general wear and tear, documenting findings with photos.

• Consult & Close: Guide homeowners through their roofing options, provide transparent estimates, and assist them through the insurance claims process if applicable.

What We Are Looking For

• The Right Mindset: You are hungry, resilient, and comfortable working independently in an outside sales environment.

• Communication Skills: You can strike up a conversation with anyone and explain complex project details in simple, reassuring terms.

• Physical Ability: You must be willing and able to climb ladders and walk on roofs to perform inspections.

• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a ladder are required.

• Experience in roofing, construction, or door-to-door sales is a major plus, but we will train the right person.
