General Laborer/Assembly

Hours Monday-Friday 7am-330pm

The General Laborer/Assembly role involves working as an individual contributor responsible for various production-related tasks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This position requires varied daily activities including assembling parts, performing quality checks, packaging finished goods, maintaining workstations, and collaborating with team members to fulfill secondary operations. The role reports directly to a Foreman and does not require any travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of parts and components according to specifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Package completed assemblies accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Collaborate with team members to complete secondary operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in general labor roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly techniques
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
• Knowledge of safety compliance practices
