Key Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional flooring installation experience is highly preferred.

• Technical Knowledge: Complete, well-rounded knowledge of installing multiple floor types (e.g., hardwood, LVP, laminate, tile, or carpet).

• Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable work vehicle capable of occasional material pickups in Festus, MO (though materials are frequently delivered directly to the job site).

• Character: Must be dependable, thorough, of good character, and professional when interacting with customers on-site.
