Position

We are seeking strong, hardworking individuals with positive attitudes to work for a Pre-Cast Concrete Production Facility in Polk City, FL. You will be working on a variety of concrete projects such making windows, walls, various products. The facility is outdoors.

Job Duties:

- Operate various hand tools (tape measure, shovels, grinders)

- Work well in a team environment and complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements:

- Reliable transportation to facility in Polk City, FL

- Experience working outdoors required

- Construction experience preferred

- Concrete experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch and use repetitive hand and arm motions.

- Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs

Job Title: Pre-Cast Laborer

Classification: Temporary-to-Permanent Hire, Nonexempt, Hourly

Reporting to: Supervisor

Pay: $16.

Hours of Operation 6am- 330pm
