Server/ Bartender

The Server/Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by efficiently taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining the bar area. Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Bar Manager, this position requires flexibility and the ability to use specialized POS systems to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Take and manage customer orders accurately
• Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in hospitality or customer service
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling
• Basic knowledge of mixology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
