Hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

The Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk/General Laborer plays a vital role within a small team, handling various tasks essential to warehouse operations. This role includes duties related to shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general labor activities, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods during standard business hours. The clerk works under the general labor crew, utilizing a combination of tools and technologies for shipping and receiving tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving of goods accurately and efficiently
• Control and maintain inventory records
• Load and unload shipments safely
• Pack items properly for shipment
• Complete accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions
• Inspect quality of goods received and shipped
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes
• Forklift operation certification or experience
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of safety compliance standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
