Order Fulfillment Specialist

Seeking a highly motivated and reliable Order Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse and shipping operations. This role is critical to our success in delivering quality products to our customers quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for processing incoming orders, picking and packing items, and ensuring each package is prepared with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

• Receive and review daily customer orders from our system
• Locate and pick items accurately from inventory shelves or bins
• Double-check items for accuracy, quantity, and quality before packing
• Use appropriate packaging materials to secure products safely

Packing & Shipping:

• Pack orders in accordance with company standards for presentation and protection
• Apply correct labels and documentation for shipment (e.g. shipping labels, invoices)
• Organize completed orders in the proper area for carrier pickup

Inventory & Warehouse Support:

• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining proper inventory levels
• Report low stock levels or product damage to supervisors
• Help with unloading incoming shipments and checking for accuracy

Cleanliness & Safety:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and use equipment properly
• Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions promptly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to be a team player
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily order deadlines

• Indoor climate controlled environment
• Fast-paced and goal-driven setting
• May involve standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials for the majority of the shift
