Material Handler - Weekend Shift 

A leading technology company in Westford, MA, is looking for a Material Handler to join their weekend team. This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity where you'll play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line.

Shift/Pay of the Material Handler:
Mon-Fri, 3:30pm - midnight, Pay: $20 plus 10% shift diff
Fri-Sun, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, work 36 hours, get paid for 40, Pay: $20/HR

Responsibilities of the Material Handler:

• Scan barcodes to identify correct reels for the feeder system.
• Set up and operate solder paste print machines and SMT placement machines.
• Load feeders onto the SMT placement machine and replenish components as needed.
• Review product placement for accuracy and report any issues to the engineering team.
• Set up and operate the reflow oven for completed circuit boards.
• Ensure all tasks follow product documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications of the Material Handler:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to read and interpret product documentation.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
