Store Manager

The store manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the frozen yogurt shop, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked store. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires leading by example, supporting employees, and creating a positive work environment.

As the manager grows into the position, they will assume full responsibility for inventory management, product ordering, employee scheduling.

Key responsibilities:

-Lead, coach, and motivate employees to provide outstanding customer service.

-Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance.

-Ensure employees remain productive and on task throughout each shift.

-Monitor and enforce meal and rest break compliance.

- Open and close the store according to company procedures.

-Ensure yogurt machines are operating properly, and filled as necessary.

-Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.

-Maintain accurate inventory counts.

-Place orders twice weekly to ensure adequate store stock.

-Create and maintain employee work schedules based on business needs.

-Approve shift swaps and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
