Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. Assemblers will work in a fast-paced production environment assembling components while maintaining quality standards and following safety procedures.

No prior assembly experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to production instructions and specifications
• Inspect components during assembly to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily production goals and maintain consistent workflow
• Support team members and assist with other assembly tasks as needed
• Participate in cross-training across multiple assembly areas

Qualifications

• No previous assembly experience required
