Cabinetry Delivery Driver / Warehouse

The Cabinetry Delivery Driver / Warehouse role involves managing the transportation and handling of cabinetry products from warehouse to customer locations. This position requires a strong focus on safe and efficient delivery using box trucks, while also performing various other various tasks such as receiving, order verification, customer notifications, and warehouse maintenance. Working independently, the driver plans routes, interacts professionally with customers, and ensures all documentation is accurately maintained.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cabinetry products safely and efficiently using box trucks
• Receive and verify orders against paperwork for accuracy
• Notify customers of status of orders and confirm delivery appointments
• Plan delivery routes for timely arrivals
• Maintain vehicle upkeep and conduct routine checks
• Interact courteously with customers during delivery process
• Manage required delivery documentation accurately
• Work independently to meet scheduled deliveries
• Loading products into customer vehicles
• General errands and warehouse maintenance duties

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving practices
• Physical strength and stamina to safely handle cabinetry including pantries
• Knowledge of route planning and inventory management
• Provide strong customer service with positive, friendly attitude
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Ability to accurately follow directions 

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in delivery driving
• High school diploma or equivalent
