Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We're a family of four in Ballard looking for a warm, flexible, and energetic caregiver for our son, 3, weekdays from 1/1:30pm-5 p.m. Looking for someone willing to execute a curriculum, help with light housework and meal prep. M is a bright, intense, curious boy who loves books, tools, cooking, and painting. He does best with adults who follow his lead, give him real choices. He thrives in flexible, low-pressure environments with one consistent adult who is truly present with him. You'll be paired primarily with our son while our family's other caregiver (Grandma!) focuses on his younger sister. This is a true tag-team setup.
