Job Description

PROMAN Staffing of Marion, NC is currently looking for Machine Operators for 1st Shift in the Swannanoa, NC area! If you are a well-rounded candidate, we encourage you to apply!

We are now hiring Machine Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Job Summary

$17/HR
1st Shift (6AM-4PM) MON-THURS
Operate machine ensuring cut and folds are to specifications
Perfomr quality checks, changing over rolls, performing changeovers with material, when necessary, troubleshooting
Ensure the correct packaging materials are available.
Flexibility from work cell to work cell.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and fill out reports.
Lifting, Mobility, reading, and writing
Teamwork and communication skills
