ThePlanning Manager/Leadis responsible for synchronizingour wafersupply chain with factory operations to meet customer demand. This role acts as a critical bridge between Sales, Finance, andOperationsto ensure manufacturing assets are utilized efficiently while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
KeyResponsibilities:
Lead the planning department:Manageend-to-end planning activities such astacticalforecasting, production scheduling,customer serviceand coordinationwith cross-functional peers.
PartProduction Scheduling: Develop and own end-to-endtacticalpartproduction plans, from order through wafer fabrication.
Demand & Supply Alignment:Partner with Capacity Planning to alignwithSales,Business Developmentand toapprove operations plans to ensurepartdemand is in balance with the fab supply capacity.
PartCycle Time: Set part cycle time targets together with Capacity Planning and Area IE teams. Report and identify gaps in performance to plan on Cycle Time and lead cross functional teamsto address part cycle time gaps.Set Priorityallocations and management across the products in the fabbased on business and development requirements.
Inventory Management: Monitor and controlstarts andwork-in-progress (WIP) flow and finished goods inventory to prevent both stockouts and overstocking.
Customer Service:Lead customer support reps that manage customerwaferorders, photo mask orders, new part setups. Set andmeet service level agreementsandquality of execution for these tasks.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply gaps orpartproduction delays and report status, shortages, and risks tooperationsleadership.
Systems Management: Optimize ERP/MRP systems (like SAP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure data integrity and automated reporting
Qualifications:
Education:A Bachelor'sdegree or commiserate level of industry experience.
Experience: 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain management.
Technical Knowledge:Understandingmanufacturing science principles,foundry ecosystems,andsemiconductorwafer fab processes.

What We Offer
Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $125,000-$145,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
