Overview and Responsibilities
Summary
Rotech Healthcare Inc. isseeking aWarehouse Clerkwhowants to be part of a company thatmakes a difference in patients lives. In this position youwill be responsible forall clerical functions related to warehouse operations.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Complete E-Intake transactions and Service Manager transfers, receiving, and processing activities.
- Monitor inventory transactions to support accurate end-of-month (EOM) inventory reconciliation.
- Participate in monthly physical inventory counts and EOM inventory activities.
- Perform all shipping and receiving functions in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately and legibly complete production, delivery, and inventory documentation.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including participation in hazardous materials handling training.
- Identify, report, and help address equipment hazards, unsafe conditions, and safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with company policies and applicable local and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of respiratory products, durable medical equipment (DME), and home medical equipment (HME).
- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with JCAHO/accreditation standards.
- Assist with other warehouse, inventory, and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Required Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- One year general warehouse and inventory management experience
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of equipment

Physical Demands

- Ability to lift and repair all types of equipment including but not limited to Hospital Beds, lifts, wheelchairs and other types of Durable Medical and Respiratory Equipment
