Marketing Assistant

Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the overall development and support of program collaterals and training initiatives for the client's Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Division.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Communications, RD& E, and Field teams to support customers.
• Support the development of program collateral and training initiatives for the QSR Division.

Required Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing Communications, or similar field.
• 2–3 years of related experience required.

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
