Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in mechanical design and development with a strong focus on advanced mechanical systems.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical design principles, CAD software proficiency, and simulation tools to ensure robust product designs.
- Experience with mechanical analysis techniques including stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations to validate designs.
- Expertise in materials selection, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools and mechanical simulation software.
- Lead and execute advanced mechanical design projects from concept through production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Perform detailed mechanical analysis and simulations to validate product performance and reliability.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay current with emerging industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
