Your Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with day-to-day classroom activities, adapting support to meet individual student needs
• Provide one-on-one and small group guidance to boost classroom participation and learning
• Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional times, ensuring a secure atmosphere
• Reinforce lessons and assignments while encouraging positive social interactions among students
• Support specialized learning plans as directed by teaching staff or school administration
