Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by ASHA
  • Previous experience providing speech services in educational settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to deliver assessments, therapy, and consultative support both onsite and through teletherapy platforms
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong collaboration skills and a passion for supporting students’ diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct and teletherapy services according to students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations
