Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) - Okatie, South Carolina

Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours

• Full-time hours with day shift scheduling
• Rotating weekends and minimal call as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered and in good standing as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT-N recognized)
• Experience with PET/CT imaging modalities required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating imaging equipment and utilizing PACS systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Position Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures according to physician orders and imaging protocols
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely following established guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and procedural documentation
• Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and troubleshooted as necessary
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout all interactions and procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and support staff for coordinated care delivery
