Job Description
Step into a rewarding role working closely with K-5 students focused on life skills development in a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027, offering a consistent schedule at 32 hours per week. You’ll make a direct impact every day, providing essential support alongside dedicated educators as a valued member of an Educational Technician team.
We are seeking four skilled professionals with a passion for student development to fill these Educational Technician II or III positions. You’ll have the chance to apply your experience and knowledge, supporting children as they gain the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Active Educational Technician II or III certificate (required)
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, educational technician, or similar support role within school settings
- Familiarity with K-5 age groups and life skills instruction is a plus
- Positive, adaptable attitude and commitment to student success
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Support K-5 classrooms using a life skills-based curriculum
- Assist teachers with daily instruction and classroom management
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing additional guidance
- Help maintain an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
- Track student progress and communicate updates to educators and staff
