Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school setting
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to work directly with students, including those with diverse learning needs
• Understanding of and experience implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is highly preferred
• Patience, adaptability, and professionalism in maintaining a structured, supportive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction, behavior management, and lesson preparation
• Provide direct 1:1 support to assigned students, helping them achieve academic and social/emotional goals
• Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs to ensure each student's specific needs are met
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and structured atmosphere that encourages learning and growth
• Communicate regularly with teaching staff, administration, and student families
• Support classroom routines, facilitate group activities, and help with daily tasks as needed
