Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 3-4 Night Shifts (12-hour shifts) or 5 Day Shifts (8-hour shifts)
Perform overnight polysomnography (sleep studies) following established clinical protocols.
Prepare patients for sleep studies by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout the testing process.
Set up, calibrate, and monitor diagnostic equipment, including EEG, EKG, EMG, EOG, pulse oximetry, respiratory monitoring devices, and PAP therapy equipment.
Observe patients during sleep studies and respond appropriately to clinical events.
Accurately document, score, and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot and maintain sleep laboratory equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Educate patients regarding sleep disorders, CPAP/BiPAP therapy, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
Licensed Sleep Technologist or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
Current state licensure or credentialing, as applicable.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.

Full-time position.
Night schedule: 3-4 shifts per week (12-hour shifts).
Day schedule: 5 shifts per week (8-hour shifts).
