Material Handler
2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00am
$20.50/hour
Responsibilities:
- · Responsible for proper movement of all materials
- · Accurate issuing and stocking of production lines
- · Cycle counting of raw materials as required
- · Proper picking and loading of finished goods
- · Assures finished goods are accurately loaded and handled with care
- · Assures manufacturing loads are accurate and properly combined
- · Assures scrap material is properly weighed and prepared for pick up
- · Safe operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks, etc.
- · Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand shipping and packing lists, etc.
- Must have adequate computer skills to comprehend and operate related automated systems
- Strong attention to detail including accurate cycle counting skills
- Heavy lifting, driving a forklift and handling pallet jacks
