Location: Maple Grove, MN | Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Pay Rate: $20/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to support a leading electronics manufacturing company. In this role, you'll perform precision assembly work focused on wiring, cable routing, connector installation, and electronic interconnections used in advanced technology products.

What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll be responsible for assembling and connecting electronic components, wiring systems, and hardware while maintaining strict quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wire assembly, cable routing, connector installation, and electronic interconnection work on a variety of products and assemblies.

• Assemble hardware, connectors, cables, and components used in electronic, molded, and metal assemblies.

• Work under magnification scopes and microscopes to complete intricate assembly tasks requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail.

• Use hand tools, measuring devices, fixtures, and specialized assembly equipment to fabricate and assemble components.

• Operate assembly equipment, machines, and pre-set tools and fixtures to support production requirements.

• Perform assembly support activities including finishing, cleaning, packaging, and rework of products and assemblies.

• Inspect assemblies for proper wire routing, connections, workmanship, and overall quality.

• Clean and touch up finished products using approved solvents and materials, removing excess flashing, blemishes, and defects.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity.

• Ability to perform detailed assembly work involving wiring, connectors, and small components.

• Comfortable working with magnification equipment and microscopes for extended periods.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy.

• Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
