This contract opportunity begins August 20th and offers a consistent weekday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, running throughout a 37.5-week school year. The role focuses on providing Essential Support Personnel (ESP) and Behavioral Intervention (BI) services, with multiple positions available to match your expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working as a paraprofessional in a school or educational setting is desirable
• Comfort supporting students in an academic and behavioral capacity across K-8
• Adaptable, caring, and patient approach to meeting individual student needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and school staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in varied classroom environments or one-on-one as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer hands-on support to teachers and students throughout the school day
• Provide direct assistance to students needing educational or behavioral support
• Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and learning routines
• Implement strategies designed by educational professionals specific to each student
• Encourage positive behaviors and support student engagement
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all learners
