Occupational Therapist School Setting in Longmont, CO

This contract opportunity offers a diverse and engaging caseload within an onsite school setting close to Longmont, CO. The assignment spans from mid-August to early June, allowing for a fulfilling school year experience with a unique four-day workweek.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students across both elementary and high school age groups
• Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans to support educational goals
• Work onsite Tuesday through Friday (34 hours weekly), servicing elementary schools for three days and a high school one day per week
• Consult with educators, families, and staff to implement strategies supporting students within the classroom and school environment
• Maintain accurate and timely reports and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student success
