Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom support to students with varying abilities
• Assist certified teachers in implementing individualized education plans

• Engage one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce lessons and facilitate participation
• Help with supervision during school transitions and activities
• Monitor student progress and document observations as required
