Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is required

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct classroom support to students with varying abilities
- Assist certified teachers in implementing individualized education plans
- Foster an inclusive environment that nurtures academic, social, and behavioral progress
- Engage one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce lessons and facilitate participation
- Help with supervision during school transitions and activities
- Monitor student progress and document observations as required
