Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available
Pay Range: $42.00 – $47.00/hour (DOE)
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ED RN will provide high-quality emergency care, perform patient assessments, manage urgent medical conditions, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform emergency nursing assessments and triage patients based on acuity.
- Provide direct patient care, including medications, treatments, and interventions.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active RN license (State or Compact/Multi-State).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- TNCC certification within 6 months of hire.
- 2–3 years of Emergency Department or acute care nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
BSN preferred (required for H1B candidates).
