Home Health Aide Needed

About who needs care: He has dementia but is still able to function. He needs help with activities to do during the week to keep him engaged. He needs help bathing. His wife is the care giver and needs some assistance/ break. About the care needs: He enjoys being on the farm. He is an outdoor person. Someone who can take a walk with him, pull weeds from flower bed, outdoor activities. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
