Home Health Aide Needed

My 75-year-old mother was recently hospitalized and has been challenged with mobility ever since so she needs a hands-on care provider while she recovers. Must be ok with small dogs and willing to walk them outside for very short walks (5-10 minutes). We are also in need of light house keeping (taking out trash, sweeping, etc) and making sure she has had food & water, We might ask you to run errands now and then for medication/groceries. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
