Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide nursing care using the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
\n
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocol and monitor for side effects and efficacy.
\n
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
\n
• Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
\n
• Assess education needs and provide necessary education to patients, families, and/or caregivers.
\n
• Meet expectations of OneCHRISTUS Competencies while demonstrating leadership skills appropriate to role.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
\n
• Minimum of two years of CVOR and EPIC charting experience required.
\n
• Experience with cardiovascular (open-heart) cases and ability to support general OR.
\n
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
\n
• BLS certification required (AHA only).
\n
• RN License in the state of TX or a compact license.
\n
