CVS Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join its Vaccination Initiative Program. The RN will administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended vaccines while providing exceptional patient care in a retail healthcare setting.

• Administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other routine immunizations.
\n
• Perform patient screening, assessments, and obtain vaccination consent.
\n
• Educate patients on vaccines, preventive care, and post-vaccination instructions.
\n
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions following immunization.
\n
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
\n
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting community wellness.
\n
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
\n
• Maintain vaccine storage, infection control, and safety standards.
\n
• Adapt to changing workflows and support daily clinic operations.
\n
• Foster a positive patient experience through excellent communication and customer service.
\n

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.
\n
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization and patient care experience.
\n
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
\n
• Strong medication administration and patient assessment skills.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n
• Flexible to work the assigned schedule.
\n
• High School Diploma/GED (verification required).
\n
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
\n
• Prior CVS/Aetna experience is not required.
\n
