Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI Lab
Schedule\nThis is a 13-week contract position requiring 4 ten-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with some weekend and holiday call responsibilities.
Job Description\nThe ideal candidate will serve as an intra-op circulation nurse in the Endoscopy/GI Lab. You will be involved in various procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, and Hemorrhoid banding, while ensuring high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide intra-operative nursing care without sedation. \n
- Assist in endoscopic procedures, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to protocols. \n
- Work collaboratively with a team of surgical techs to facilitate efficient workflow in the lab. \n
- Maintain documentation and patient records in the Epic charting system. \n
- Participate in call rotations, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled. \n

- Current BLS certification (AHA). \n
- Knowledge of endoscopy procedures and equipment. \n
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred. \n
