Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular operations.
\n
• Maintain clear communication and collaborate effectively with the surgical team.
\n
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control guidelines.
\n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs promptly.
\n
• Document patient information accurately using the Allscripts charting system.
\n
• Participate in post-operative care planning and patient education.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license with eligibility to practice in West Virginia.
\n
• Certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
\n
• Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular operating room experience preferred.
\n
• Ability to adapt to variable schedules, including 12-hour shifts and weekends.
\n
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Willingness to await license verification, with disclosures of any licensing hits.
\n
