Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
\n Territory: Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, San Ramon (up to a 60-mile radius)
\n Required Experience
\n • Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
\n • OASIS experience required
\n • HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
\n • Active RN license required at time of submission
\n Patient Volume
\n • 30 patient points per week
\n • Approximately 5-6 patient points per day
\n Schedule
\n • 40 guaranteed hours (productivity requirements must be met)
\n • Holidays and approved RTO excluded from guaranteed hours
\n • Two weekend days per month
\n • No on-call requirement
\n Patient Population
\n • Primarily Geriatric
\n Additional Information
\n • First-time travelers accepted
\n • BLS certification required
\n • Travelers should be flexible with assigned territory
\n • Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
\n • Scrubs (any color) required; no jeans
\n • iPad provided
\n • Cell phone not provided
\n • Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate
