Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinic management, from front office operations to clinical functions.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and retention.
  • Review patient medical histories.
  • Diagnose patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
  • Create personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Establish clear goals for patients and outline expected outcomes of their treatment plans.
  • Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injury.
  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process associated with physical therapy.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York.
  • Preferred experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems, specifically Rain Tree.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both languages is essential for this position.
  • Our organization may offer H-1B visa sponsorship and/or permanent residency support to qualified candidates.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $124,800 - $135,200+, including productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
