We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide immunization and vaccination services in a community healthcare setting. The RN will administer a variety of vaccines, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other routine immunizations, while delivering safe, professional, and patient-centered care.

PPE will be provided.

- Administer vaccinations safely and accurately according to established clinical protocols. \n
- Provide Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other routine vaccinations as required. \n
- Perform patient screening and appropriate medication administration. \n
- Educate patients regarding vaccinations, potential reactions, and aftercare. \n
- Monitor patients following immunization and respond appropriately to adverse reactions. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely patient and vaccination documentation. \n
- Provide compassionate, professional interaction with patients and healthcare professionals. \n
- Adapt effectively to changing patient needs and a dynamic community healthcare environment. \n
- Collaborate with team members to promote efficient and high-quality patient care. \n
- Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. \n

- Full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where services are provided. \n
- At least 1 year of related nursing experience, including immunization experience. \n
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. \n
- Strong clinical and medication administration skills. \n
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to administer vaccines. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n
- Strong patient-care and customer-service skills. \n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. \n
- Flexibility with scheduled work hours. \n
- High school diploma or GED. \n
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List. \n
- \n
- Immunization or vaccination clinic experience. \n
- Community healthcare, retail healthcare, outpatient, occupational health, or public health experience. \n
- Experience administering multiple vaccine types. \n
- Strong patient education and counseling skills. \n
This is an onsite, patient-facing position requiring direct interaction with patients and healthcare professionals. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced community healthcare environment and maintaining a high standard of patient safety and service.
