Job Description\nThe Registered Nurse will provide care in a combined adult and pediatric Emergency Department setting, managing patients with a variety of conditions. The role requires flexibility to float between locations as needed and adherence to strict attendance policies.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Administering blood products and managing central lines. \n
- Starting and maintaining IVs, performing phlebotomy, and providing procedural sedation. \n
- Monitoring patients requiring continuous IV sedation and IV vasopressors. \n
- Interpreting arterial blood gases (ABGs) and managing ventilated patients. \n
- Conducting triage and managing patient flow in a high-paced environment. \n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse license. \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting. \n
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required. \n
- Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory. \n
