Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans for patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities

• Perform tasks and activities designed to help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' abilities and limitations

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address patients' unique needs

• Implement and adapt occupational therapy interventions, including exercise programs, educational activities, and adaptive equipment

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or related field

• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in occupational therapy or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
